Has anybody else seen this? Whenever an EFS encrypted folder or file has come into view (become visible in the folder tree or file view) in Windows Explorer, any attempt to access the EFS encrypted file/folder with the Win32 API function OpenEncryptedFileRaw fails with return value ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION (32).
